power struggle~

ok long time since i blogged...heck lah...

need to bitch abt something i heard and bloody infuriating...

power struggle is very common for every working person
either u climb up higher in the career or other people will use you as a stepping stone to climb up the social status ladder...
every company have its office politics,stories of who became a stepping stone or who managed to raise up the ranks....

but it became so in the teaching industry oso..wtf??!
everyone is afraid to get into trouble and die in the front line becos they spoke up
this is the case in school nowadays

take for instance....a certain school in the east has a teacher who is a bitch
she change the percentage weightage of the exams AFTER everyone done it....
she purposely UP the percentage of those parts who have the lowest scores...and lower those with higher percentage....causing alot to fail....
mayb dats not bad enuff...

a student was glad that she jus passed then the teacher heard it and SNATCHED the paper over and minus one mark to make her fail...and said now u can retain and have nothing to be happy about... wat the hell is dat abt??

she scolded a teacher in front of the teachers... and its nothing impt...

she oso make a student cut her hair then when she not happy with the results..she cut it herself and causes the student to have to be counselled...and her reason was she dun like the student and even if others do the same things she will only punish the student only....~!

the principal actually allows the teacher to do all this...BECOS she can provide gd results for the school...
becos of dat point she treats all students like dirt...
the rest of the teachers are treated the same way...and no one dares to speak up~!

its so sad how the world has become...
teachers are supposed to teach and hold no judgements... but its still type of teachers that causes so much teenage delinquents
you scold a student stupid and better get out in order not to drag the ranking down.....
do dat for a year and the student will become stupid and drop out...
self confidence is very impt to everyone's mental strength...
i say 1+1 = 10 you say wrong...
i tell you a million times mayb you will start to doubt ur understanding and think i mayb correct...

all the yearly bonus and extra money will be given to teachers IF they produce gd results and doesnt care wat methods they use...becos of this all teachers became business rivals...
newer more efficient methods will be utillised and used regardless of the collateral damages...

i was from srjc... teachers may not be as good as those in RJC but they are patient and willing to teach,explain as long as you requested it...its such efforts dat made alot of "lousy" students know since teachers are willing to help they will do their part and study harder oso...

all i know is at least when the teachers pass in old age...i will go pay my respects then to go and spit and kick open their coffins and tell them why dis didnt happened 20yrs back...mayb i will better? hahaha

long time since i use much gd english...so pardon me for the lousy use of grammars~! ahahha

another thing is i realised singaporeans ...have something in common...or at least most....
they will back away from problems if the problem will cause their ricebowl to be broken...
act blur act dunno and continue with life while others bully them badly...
dis is wat we have become...to be meek and think too much...
